Cooling tea

Feeling real warm and sweaty in the recent nasty weather?

How about making your own cooling tea? :)

You just need to use some chrysanthemum, luo han guo and

wolf berries. :)

I boil them with water over small flame for about an hour.

Fuss free and soothes the throat when taken cold! :)
